Long-lasting and repairable.
The Pointer Instrument is designed to perform for a lifetime, to be repaired when necessary, and to develop character.
Crafted with long term use in mind, with details endlessly replaceable and with the simplicity of repairability. With every detail purposefully shaped inside and out, the Pointer Instrument is designed to ripen its personality and prove its’ value over time.

The Pointer Instrument is stitched from the finest full-grain calf at a prestigious French tannery. Full-grain leather is well known for its perseverance and robustness, but at the same time, in contact with human skin, it allows it to breathe. Over time, it develops scuffs and abrasions, which deepens the colours and elevates the charm.

Plated rose-gold brass shell enhances the ability of brass to resist corrosion and damage from the daily performance of the Pointer Instrument. Plated rose-gold sheel is withstanding heavy everyday use and allowing ease of maintenance yet preserving its pristine state.

We have selected some of the best components, and even our PCB board is intricately detailed. The Pointer Instrument features solderless Japanese Omron switches, their unique plug and play properties make any potential replacement hassle-free, thus vastly extending the life span.

The Pointer Instrument is a practical tool that supports the hand in its most relaxed position. It is designed to follow the natural arch of the hand, providing a perfect surface angle — instead of simply holding the mouse, the palm is comfortably resting on the surface.

The Pointer Instrument features a Track on Glass sensor: Pixart PAW 3805. This powerful sensor allows the Pointer to be used on almost any surface, including mirror finish and clear glass with 5mm thickness.
