Which payment options are available when making a purchase?
We accept the following payment methods: AMEX, ApplePay, GooglePay, Maestro Card, Master Card, Paypal, ShopPay, Klarna and Visa.
Can I pay later or in multiple installments?
Yes, with the Klarna and Paypal payment option, you have the flexibility to pay later or in multiple instalments.
How can I use Klarna to pay?
Klarna offers a secure and convenient way to complete your purchase on LunarArtefacts.com. You can choose to pay for your order 30 days after receiving it, or divide the payment into three interest-free installments. There are no additional charges, and payments are automatically scheduled every two weeks.
Here's how to use Klarna:
- Add your favourite items to your shopping bag.
- At checkout, select Klarna as your payment method and choose one of the following options:
• Pay 30 days later: This gives you up to 30 days to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to keep the items, your payment will be automatically taken from your card after 30 days.
• Pay in three instalments: Your total amount is divided into three equal, interest-free payments. These payments are automatically deducted from your card every two weeks. Klarna will send you an email reminder two days before each payment.
- After selecting your preferred Klarna option and confirming your order, Klarna will handle your payment details securely. All transactions are conducted using the highest industry-standard security measures.
Please note: Klarna operates independently, and Lunar Artefacts doesn't have influence over whether your payment via Klarna gets approved. If you encounter any payment issues, we recommend reaching out to Klarna Customer Service.
For returns on orders paid with Klarna, our standard online return policy applies. Once your return is processed and approved, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments and refund any amounts due.
Can I place my order via phone call?
Unfortunately, no. We require all purchases to be made online for security and verification purposes.
Why didn't my payment go through?
Your payment could be declined due to several reasons, such as:
- Inputting incorrect card details.
- The expiration of your card.
- Exceeding your card's limit.
- We don't support the selected payment method or card type.
If you've double-checked your details and still face issues, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.
How many items can I purchase in a single order?
You can include up to 10 Lunar Artefacts pieces in a single order. If you'd like to purchase more than 10 pieces in one order, please get in touch with us.
How can I monitor the progress of my order?
After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Typically, orders are dispatched within two business days, except for Personalised items, items from the Replacement Parts Collection, or items on pre-order. When your order ships, you'll get another email containing the tracking details.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
To modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us via the Contact Us option immediately. While we cannot assure changes after an order has been placed, we will strive to accommodate your needs.
