What are Lunar Artefacts delivery times?
Lunar Artefacts aims to fulfil orders listed in the order confirmation by the delivery date mentioned in the shipment confirmation. If there isn't a specific delivery date, the default is within 20 business days from the shipment confirmation. This, however, doesn't apply to products from the Replacement Parts Collection or Personalised items.
- United Kingdom: Up to 5 business days depending on the delivery method. DPD offers next-day delivery if orders are placed before 12:00 pm.
- Europe: Delivery times range from 5 to 14 business days, depending on the country.
- USA: Delivery can take between 3 to 7 business days, varying by location.
- Rest of the world: Generally, delivery is within 7 to 14 business days, but it's subject to the country.
Personalised Products - Premium & Express Engraving
Products personalised with Express Engraving will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Products personalised withPremium Engraving will be dispatched according to our set schedule. The cut-off time for orders is the 8th of the month, with products to be dispatched by the end of that month.
Replacement Parts Collection
Items from our Replacement Parts Collection are dispatched within 10-14 business days post-order. If you're ordering within the EU, rest assured that the listed price already includes import taxes. For global delivery of products, our Standard Shipping takes about 14 to 20 business days. If an order contains items from the Replacement Parts Collection, it will be divided and shipped in parts.
Do some products require additional lead times?
Indeed, products with personalised engraving and replacement parts have extended processing times. When you order an item with personalised engraving, you should be aware of our dispatch schedule. The deadline for such orders is the 8th of each month, and they will be sent out by the month's end. This duration accounts for the design, preparation, and the meticulous work of our artisans to engrave your item. When using our Standard Shipping method, worldwide delivery generally takes between 10 to 14 days.

If you've already accepted it or if it was left at your location, start by photographing the damaged box before opening it. Then, inspect the contents. If you find any items that are damaged or defective, photograph them as well. If a customer refuses to pay duties and taxes, the goods will be returned to Lunar Artefacts at the customer's expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
