Questions & Answers
PULSE VOLITARI
What is the main ethos behind the Pulse Volitari design?
Longevity and repairability are central to our brand ethos. The charger is made with materials sourced for durability and the ability to age gracefully. Furthermore, screws are used in its construction rather than glues, enabling a disassembly for maintenance, repair, and upgrades.
How does the full-grain leather used benefit the Pulse Volitari?
The leather's durability ensures long-lasting quality, while its natural resilience allows it to age gracefully, developing a unique patina that adds depth and character.
Why was solid brass chosen for the base of the charger?
Solid brass was chosen for its excellent heat conductivity, ensuring efficient dissipation of heat generated during the charging process.
What is the difference between chrome-plated, plated and un-plated brass?
The primary difference between plated and un-plated Pulse Volitari lies in their finish and maintenance requirements. Un-plated models are buffed without any additional coating, which allows them to naturally develop a patina over time. This patina gives the product a unique character, but if you prefer the original shine, it can be restored with simple re-polishing. On the other hand, plated and chrome-plated models come with a protective coating that ensures a lasting shine, eliminating the need for regular polishing.
Please note, only un-plated models can be engraved. Explore Personalised Engraving Collection.
How many devices can the Pulse Volitari charge simultaneously?
The overlapped coil design allows simultaneous dual-charge of your essential devices.
What devices are compatible with the Pulse Volitari?
The Pulse Volitari is compatible with various models of both Apple and Android phones, from the Galaxy S22 Ultra to the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Its design also allows for charging small gadgets alongside these devices.
How do you ensure the Pulse Volitari is repairable?
Unlike most of modern designs that use adhesive bindings, our products employ screws for easy disassembly, ensuring all parts are accessible for maintenance and repairs.
